Assistant Coach: Taylor Reid
Education: Bachelor of Science of Psychology Philosophy: Taylor believes that volleyball is 40% skill and 60% mentality. This philosophy underscores the importance of mental toughness, strategic thinking, and emotional resilience on the court. "Volleyball is not just a game of physical skill and strength. A winning team needs the mental fortitude to stay composed under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and support their teammates through every point. The mental game defines champions." Experience as a Player: Taylor Reid, a dedicated and passionate volleyball coach, discovered an interest in volleyball during high school. Taylor played on Kell JV and Varsity from 2013-2016. In 2020, Taylor began coaching and discovered a passion for training athletes.
Experience as a Coach: Taylor's coaching career began in 2020 coaching 14U, 13U, and 16U National and Elite level athletes at Cobb Atlanta Juniors and Tsunami Volleyball, respectively. Taylor has been a Kell Volleyball coach since 2021.
